* Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details whenever available.
* Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are correct.

1. Return Policy

* We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
* Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to request a return.
* Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.
* Products that show signs of use, damage, stains, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
* Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene or other reasons, as specified on the product page.

* Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
* Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or through another available refund method.
